We have launched HUMAS ID, a standalone HUMAS System service for interacting with participating organisations. Individual and organisation accounts are now available in the browser.
Free for individual participants
Create your HUMAS ID, receive your HUID and manage your connections with organisations. Your account includes requests, contact checks during calls, notifications and support. A connection with an organisation requires your consent.
How to check a contact
During a call, open HUMAS ID and select an organisation you are already connected with. An authorised employee replies in the organisation account and tells you a code. Enter it in your account, review the result and decide whether to continue the conversation.
The check applies to that specific contact. It does not verify the caller’s phone number, authorise a payment or require you to share passwords or access codes for other services.
Organisations can apply to join
Banks, companies and institutions can submit an application and undergo review before joining. A pilot period and annual plans are available for organisations. Installation of the module in an organisation’s own system, scope and support can be discussed individually.
Help develop HUMAS ID
Your individual account includes a personal link for inviting organisations. If a new organisation joins through your recommendation and pays its annual contract fee, you receive a reward under the programme terms. Invitations are optional; HUMAS ID remains free for individual participants.
