Participants can now create and send Glyph messages to one another in HUMAS System Mobile. They can also view their Personal Glyph and preserve their interaction history.
The Confirmations section now offers another important capability. If someone calls claiming to represent a bank or another institution, you can ask them to confirm their identity through HUMAS System.
This request helps verify that the person in the conversation is the holder of the confirmed account. At this stage, the feature confirms the identity of a personal participant. Confirmation of the person’s authority to act for a specific organization will become available after the corporate participant application is launched.
Today, HUMAS System Mobile is available to personal participants. A dedicated application for companies and organizations is planned next, connecting an employee’s identity with their corporate role and confirmed authority.
