Essence of the Code:
In an era of technological progress and digital dependence, producers of gadgets, vehicles, software, and services have become more than just suppliers — they’ve become intermediaries between people and reality. The responsibility of such companies today is enormous. Yet in the race for markets, political advantage, and instant profits, the foundation — the human being — has been forgotten.
This code is not a request. It’s a declaration. A filter for the future.
I. A Human Is Not a Commodity
• A user is not a data resource or part of a marketing experiment.
• Decisions must be made in the interest of people, not political parties or geopolitical agendas.
• A device and its warranty — paid for by a person — cannot be remotely disabled or denied due to “political reasons.”
II. Freedom as a Default Setting
• No interference with device or service operation due to sanctions, bans, or external pressure.
• Global platforms (Apple, Google, Tesla, etc.) have no right to use their monopolies to punish people for their governments’ decisions.
III. Transparency and No Manipulation
• No hidden algorithms that create dependency, disinformation, or aggression.
• Every user has the right to understand how their device works, what they paid for, and where their energy, data, and attention go.
IV. Sustainability and Fairness
• A manufacturer must provide long-term support for devices, rather than promote artificial obsolescence.
• Repairability, reuse, and open standards must be fundamental principles.
V. Loyalty to the User, Not to Power
• A manufacturer must never be a tool for surveillance, punishment, segregation, or social discrimination.
• Any manufacturer that sides with aggressors against their own users loses trust — permanently.
VI. A Human Is More Valuable Than Stocks
• Stock ratings are not indicators of value. The only true value is contribution to life, safety, and human dignity.
VII. Human Energy Is the New Asset
• Every product, every technology must account for the user’s input, attention, and energy as the basis of a sustainable model.
• Fair attention is not a bonus. It is the new currency of trust.
Final Word:
The future belongs to human-centered manufacturers.
The rest will be discarded as moral bankrupts.
If you agree with this code — you’re already part of the new world.
This manifesto is open. Copy it. Share it. Use it.
And if you’re a manufacturer willing to follow it — the world should know you.
And it will.
